Still waiting for installation!

My name is David, I have signed-up with Telkom to have ADSL 4mbps uncapped installed on 02/03/2018, and paid the R700 deposit (receipt ********** 76). i have received two SMS that i must pay R700 which i have already paid, i have notified them i have paid on two occasions,they promised me that i would receive an SMS stating the date of installation within 24 hours ,i went to the branch several times and phoned with no luck ,they even made me fill an application form twice because apparently the first application was not received! PLEASE FIX THIS THING OR REFUND ME MY CASH!
