Still waiting for FTTH to be turned on

<p>I have been attempting to get FTTH for the majority of the year now with no results. The only thing I'm ever told is that my area is not covered yet despite the fact that the fibre lines are visible on our telephone poles AND that the contractors installing the fibre infrastructure have accessed our property to do installations. Not only this but practically our whole suburb has fibre activated. The coverage map attached gives an idea of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we have attempted to have this sorted out we have been told there is nothing to be done besides wait or we have been given assurances that someone would come out to check our infrastructure, 3 months later we are still waiting for this mythical person to arrive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please sort this out.</p>
