Still waiting for Fibre
<p>I've been waiting for Telkom to come install fibre at my house since end of December. I wasn't expecting them to react quickly over Christmas, but this is getting rediculous. Its been more than 2 months now. I haven't even been contacted to arrange a installation date yet!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried phoning them twice. The once I gave up after 20min of waiting, and the second time my call was dropped while a lady put me on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please just help me???</p> <p> </p> <p>Order: AH5078D6559DFB</p>
I just spoke to a very rude person in your fibre devision. He said my situation is absolutely impossible and it simply can not be that I find myself here. He did not even want me to read him my reference number so that he can help me.
