still waiting for feedback after 3 weeks
Till today all i received was a reference number from a Moenieb who works on the telkom social media team. the reference is SM208358. the facebook team are also just making excuses, can someone call me regarding my first complaint? its all good that you respond just to show hellopeter.com that you did, but then doing nothing thats the bad part.
