STILL WAITING FOR EXPLORA 5 months later

We upgraded our home ADSL line at the beginning of 2015. After upgrading our ADSL line to 10mb we were informed that we are entitled to a DSTV Explora due to the upgrade. NEVER RECEIVED one. 2 months ago, received a call from a telkom rep asking if we already received one and we informed him that we did not. Still up to date nothing ehas happened. No calls, no emails, etc!!! This is genuine pathetic and it's getting worse and worse. Tried calling Telkom 10210 this morning again, held for 45 minutes!!! Let's see what happens if I take your marketing and sales Heads to the cleaners as they are truly not living up to their promises in terms of what is being advertised. On the converse
