Still waiting for delivery confirmation of Black Friday Deal

App**** for the Samsung J7 Pro Black Friday special online on Friday 24th . I received a SMS the next day confirming my application was pre approved.

I received a call from the call centre 2 weeks later confirming the deal details and was advised that I would be given a call in the next week to confirm delivery I have not received any further communication regarding this deal or the delivery.
