Still waiting for billing team

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p> Telkom Express Parow Centre give me a brand new HUAWEI P8 LITE thank you for sorting the phone part out but the billing team didn't give me feedback on the 3 months THAT I HAVE PAID for a phone I didn't use.I had to put my contract sim card in to my boyfriend's tablet to replay on my work emails.Can u pls provide me with any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you in advance</p>
