still waiting for ADSL line to be put in holding pool after 2 months

<p>on the 7th of February I sent an email to the cancellations address that telkom provides to request that my adsl line be moved to a holding pool so that my ISP can manage the line. It is now 2 months later and I have phoned countless times and I just get the same response - the order is pending. I am so annoyed, but there's nothing I can do and no one can help me - not even the "supervisor" that I emailed numerous times - I did not even get so much as a response.</p>
