Still waiting for ADSL line to be installed

Where to start...At the end of July we contacted Telkom for a fixed Internet Connection. The sales lady then continued to "set every up" and also said we have fibre in our area which we do not. After having that done we gave our months notice with our other service providers. As per discussion I understood that it will take 5-10 working days. Which passed. I then proceeded to go to the Telkom shop in Alberton City. Once again, I app****, I followed up but did not receive any response and we are still waiting. I really need to get this done. I worm from home and within a week we will be without internet and DSTV as we want to added the Bolt-on feature.

Not sure if I want to do business with Telkom if this is the way they start with their process.

Is there another company that does ADSL lines?
