Still waiting for a technican

I went to Telkom to inform them that I will be interested in one of there offers. I received a sms that a technician will be there on the 04th March, the technician came and informed me that he does not have the right tool to fix the box outside to activate the required lines he will be back on Monday to complete the job, by Wednesday I call the call Centre to only find out that the job was closed by the technician and I informed them nothing was done. Shortly after I receive an sms that the technician will be there to complete the job on the 11th March. On the 11th March no technician was there on Saturday morning I receive an sms again from Telkom that the technician will be there on the 14th March before 16:00. I call the call centre at 11:00 as no technician has rock up to my place, the agent tell me to wait for her after 15 min I put the phone down as no one came back to me. After calling them again they just put the phone of the hook and go on with there discussions in the background. So I am waiting for a technician know for 12 days with no assistance. I am not even there customer yet and this is how they treat me wonder how they treat there loyal customers?
