Still waiting for a solution!
SM136612 is the reference I was given to my issue of being billed for an unnecessary call out when a legitimate fault was discovered. I am still waiting for feedback as to why I had to pay this fee. In addition, faults 106CRK070915 and 96CRK070915 have still not been sorted out. This is absolutely pathetic from the so called telecomms of Africa!
