Still waiting for a response from Telkom after 5 days!!

<p>I app**** online (22 June) for the SmartBroadband Wireless LTE Wifi Router 15GB deal of R199 pm, where I received an sms directly afterwards stating that I will be contacted within the next 48 hours regarding my application. On Saturday (24 June) I received a call from them asking for which package I app**** for. The guy then said that someone will call me back within the next few minutes. And then nothing!! This deals ends on 30 June and no response at all?! Aparently Telkom is not very eager to gain new customers!!! </p>
