still waiting for a responce

This is the second time im writting about yalls pathetic service Im still waiting for a responce from my previous query since last week tuesday,and you people act like you give a damn about customers ****en ridiculous! Nobody has bothered to call me till today one day you will respond to me and Ill keep writting on this site till you do! And why is it you dont have a email address for customers to send emails regardimg this bs service or a number as you keep referring to your contact centre where everyone in the department is clueless?
