STILL WAITING AFTER 3 WEEKS FOR JUST A CALL!!!

<p>3 weeks and still waiting for someone to Call !!?? - I have called DOZENS of times and all that they do is CLOSE the previous call reference and open a NEW one referring to the OLD one that makes it look like you are actually trying to do something. In effect it simply means you are bypassing your own system's red flags for old pending cases that needs priority, because now a fresh case is opened again and again and again..</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE STOP OPENING NEW CASES AND JUST PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME - HELP ME ! TRY IT ?</p>
