Still waiting

<p>I placed and order to upgarde my internet line for 4mg to 10mg line on the 20 Febuary 2017 and still the line has NOT been upgraded. Its the 4 May 2017 and we still waiting </p> <p> </p> <p>I have also reported a fault with my phonelines, we can only have 1 person on the phone at a time. if we received a call NO one can call out. If one makes a call EVERYONE needs to wait until that person is done of us to be able to make another call. We are a school and we can NOT funtion like this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im fedup and i need a solution very soon.</p>
