Still waiting

Wife been to the Telkom Mobile branch: Rosebank mall-2 weeks ago 16th March-to get international roaming activated....waiting 2 hours at this branch for assistance. Then told in 7 working days it will done....still nothing....called the customer call ine,yesterday, after 40 mins was told expect a call back to confirm the request has been successfully completed-still waiting for the call....absolutely useless mobile provider?????And in two months from now, the contract is up for renewal.....only 1 option to do at that stage-cancel!!!
