Still waiting
After getting a response saying that a consultant would contact me and attend to my problem I am still waiting for the consultant over 5 days later. This despite telkom issuing me with a reference number SM 196620. This is now beyond a joke and nobody at telkom will give me a number or contact details of somebody higher up in management. Frustrated!!!
