Still Useless
20 Nov 2019, after 2 weeks to get relocated, requests being cancelled for no coverage that the new area we moved too. Called sales department a few times, i got a consultant Carmen is her name, she gave me excellent service. She migrated me immediately to a different package. Few days later I received my router and new sim. I received it on 18 Nov and on the delivery paper, its says after 48 hours to call 10210 if sim is not activate yet. So the 20th after 12 I called them again and now they say i have to wait 48 - 72 hours for it to be activated.

21 Nov 2019, 14:4272 hours waiting to be activated, called today 21 Nov again, the consultant only filled a activated form in today now wziting 48 houes again. This is the worse service I received. I wont recommend them to no one. Still have to pay bill thou, if you dont they cut your line and put a lawyer on you. Waiting for my contract to finished to go to a different service provider
