Still the worst ISP in existence

<p>I must say, Telkom never stops amazing me in the most spectacular of ways... I have no idea how they do it, the revolutionized the art of idiocy. Only Telkom has manage to give you a router that can say it is connected with a stable 2 bars of LTE signal but only capable of downloading a solid 1.6kb/s? Astounding. I remember the last time I wrote a review about them and not even in 1 day they contacted me via hello peter saying someone will get back to me, I thought let me give them a chance? Now my review is gone strangely and no one has contacted me and the problem has persisted for 3 months straight, despite my queries, depsite my complaints and I really have tried to have patience but if any company knows how to push all the wrong buttons it's Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>It in my opinion is the sadest thing hat we are generally forced to use this *********** company for an ISP, looking at my router from them has become physically painful to say the least, and im not throttled I checked unless they don't even know how to send the notification that I have been. Frankly that wouldn't of surprised me either.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I ask is that Telkom uses all the money they ***** from their customers and return with rubish service to improve their infrastructure.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also hope they dont have the excuse of "we didn't have any means to contact you" my cell-phone number is in hello peter know what ( ********** ) please I would love to hear what half assed excuse they have.</p>
