Still so sad telkom

<p>Wrote my story last week and had a reply from telkom, I got a ref no. so what do I do with it? I want to spend money with telkom, why dont the get someone to call me and take my order and my money. I work in asales orientated company and customer service has meaning, but not for telkom, maybe I should look elsewhere for my wifi.</p>
