Still same pathetic service with no feedback
<p>Last week I added a post on hello peter regarding the issues I'm having with telkom I was told that I will get feedback from telkom biling and accounts. I still haven't received any feedback ....this is now ridiculous telkom is pathetic. I get my salary on the 20th of every month .n if telkom.dont get back to me before that and must dare debit my account I will not leave it. Cause now I'm sick and tired of this horrible service....telkom is useless I'm so extremely upset. I have other responsibilities so if telkom debit my account I will be very angry and will not accept that </p>
Hi I still haven't received feedback ..I have a penalty fees of R115 that went of my account on the 26.09.2016 ..on the 1st of October again of R115 and on the 15 of October of R115 for what ? I want to be refunded all those penalty fees which is not my family problem telkom don't know how to do their job .this is getting way out of control now leading my account in a negative .this is ridiculous. I want them to stop debiting my account. This telkom is the worst ever .
