Still providing no service whatsoever

I refer to my complaint on hellopeter on 22 June 2017. I wrote a long story and in true Telkom fashion they responded promptly and did nothing thereafter. It is now 7 months since my original request to cancel my landline and their promise to provide me with an alternative. Telkom is good at making promises, they ignore my telephonic requests, they don't bother to respond to email, on facebook they promised to attend to my complaint immediately (just like here) but nothing happens.

When will Telkom attend to my issue. I would prefer that they not respond to this note unless they intend to do something about to it, they must stop wasting my time and give me hope that they will actually do what you promise. Telkom is quick to ask me to pay an account and send me reminders but they have no respect for their customers. I am waiting for them to hand me over to debt collectors or blacklist me, then all hell will break lose.
