Still poor pathetic service

I am really beyond unhappy with Telkom Mobile. I had a contract for 6 years. After struggling for 3 months with roaming via Vodacom Telkom eventually agreed to cancel my contract because according to their technicians I am staying too far from the nearest Vodacom tower. The person who eventually assit me with cancellation of my contract gave empty promises that he will assit me to port to MTN because my Telkom simcard is non-functional. Needless to say now he is unable to assit me and I have to go to a MTN store with my non-****ional Telkom simcard in order to port to MTN. I staying 250km from the nearest MTN store
