STILL PAYING FOR NO SERVICE

<p>I am sick to death with having to always log into Hello Peter and log a complaint about TELKOM and no one does anything about it. Just received a call now from Intumaleng from the TELKOM socila media team who gave me the same scripted speech about their apologies and she will escalate to the network team and get someone to call me. I have received the same call 4 times already with the same story and nothing has been done. I am STILL paying TELKOM for this pathetic excuse of a line and when I asked if I can cancel I was told that I will be paying penalties. SO, I am to pay TELKOM for a service they dont provide and still pay them to cancel.</p> <p>I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH TELKOM AND THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND THEIR LIES HAVING TO MISLEAD PEOPLE INTO BUYING A PACKAGE AND BINDING THEM TO A CONTRACT!!!!</p>
