Still paying after cancelling mobile data contract

I am still unhappy with Telkom. I noticed I am still paying for a mobile data contract more than a year after I cancelled it.

The matter is as follows, I had to go in to Woodlands Shopping centre in 2013/2014 to cancel the contract.

I comp****, went back to Woodlands Shopping centre AGAIN, signed all the paperwork, and the person working there ensured me that the contract is cancelled.

This last month I have been trying to get a refund, Telkom started telling me they are sorry the person at the shop in Woodlands misfiled the paperwork - you will be refunded!

This response changed to - prove to us that you cancelled the contract.

Here is your proof: check when I was in the store to cancel the contract - compare that to the last time I used the data service. Why would I ever stop using the service, if I knew it was still active and I am still paying for it.

I expect Telkom to refund me for the fact that they slipped up by not doing their admin correctly, why should I have to pay for their mistakes?

Don't give me the, \we will be in contact response\". Please resolve the matter ASAP. "
