Still paying a cancelled contract

Telkom ignores clients who would like to cancel contracts, they refuse to let you as a client phone in to say to them what you have written on paper- cancel the contract- promises of their so called cancellation department to phone me is untrue as I' m still waiting contract was cancelled in August 2015
