Still Paying

I have requested that my TELKOM ADSL be discontinued. Telkom was unable to continue providing me with a 10Mbps line. Getting this arranged was a mission in it's own right. It took many phone calls and hours of waiting to get this right. For my effort I managed to get a refund for the lack of DSL service I had in March. I also managed to arrange that I get billed for what Telkom was able to supply me for April which was 4Mbps max on a sunny day. Goodness forbid: it would be the right thing to do but ethics is not part of their service mandate. It is now the day of Cancellation. Receiving a automated retention message that my Telkom Line has been discontinued successfully, What a great day. <br> <br> I have however received a FULL BILL with NO REFUND , NO DROP IN PRICE and 100% the same bill as I get EVERY SINGLE MONTH. MY LINE IS STILL ACTIVE I CHECKED. I have been billed for MAY-JUNE. Cancellation was suppose to be in MAY. I thought surely Telkom will get this right. I thought Telkom had practise in cancellations. As a side note your retentions are as poor as your service and the answer is still \NO I will not recommend you to my great grand children"<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY AND OUT!!!!!"""
