Still only false promises

I refer herewith to my reference number on hellopeter.com: SM159517.<br> <br> I've been waiting since the 13th of October 2015 for my device, after numerous complaints and attempts to phone someone finally calls me on 23rd Of October, saying that my device would be with me by the 26th, and that she would email me a tracking code. It is now the 28th, and still no device or email? <br> <br> Is this some kind of joke? It's been two weeks since my debit order has gone off and still nothing to show for my apparent Telkom contract.<br>
