Still nothing... No delivery, no communication, no one seems to care...

Hi,

I am still waiting, after countless number of calls, countless number of promises.

Technicians were dispatched and sent back, matter escalated, no one has contacted me yet.

It has been 4 months. I have been waiting since September. For a telephone line.

Nothing massive, just a telephone line.

I do not know what else it is I should say or do.
