<p>Still nothing- no service, empty promises. Even hello peter doesn't work because agents just dont care. What kind of horrible service is this in the world? Moenib, where is the escalation proof, Lihle, Xolisa. Geez, no managers because none helps. WORST TIME EVER. IF I FAIL MY PROPOSAL FOR MASTERS, YOU GUYS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. Perhaps your call center agents have no dreams for their future, but us as academics need the internet to work. ASKING YOU TO FIX THIS IS RHETORICAL. You guys are simply uesless</p>
