Still nothing but silence

<p>I still haven't had feedback of reference AI ********** logged last month. I still haven't recieved my account. And I still haven't been told why your consultant thought it was appropriate to promise to transfer me and instead put me on mute, wait 20 minutes, and hang up on me. But your lack of feedback tells me that you encorage your consultants to do that to callers.</p>
