Still Nothing

I made a Hellopeter complaint last week and still nothing has been done. I was incorrectly billed and made the first complaint on the 25th Feb. I phone telkom everyday and get the same story ( sir ill call a manger ) then they kill the line or i get sir we will have someone reach out in the next hour and still nothing i have called a total of 15 times and not once has someone got back to me....I had a resposne from hello peter from telkom saying someone is reaching out and no surprise noone called...This is ******* and i feel helpless Telkom is the worst company i have ever dealt with and this is slowly becoming a legal matter.... I WANT THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY
