Still not sorted out telkom is pathetic
So must be my 4th complaint with respect to my futurehood application,telkom phones me and i give them my ticket number thats been approved they cant find it on the system yet the emailed me my approved ticket number,anyway i give her my i.d number and she tells me its a duplicate id number i phone home affairs and they say not at all trueso i take the telkom staff messed up my id number i gave her so she says il call you back still waiting...****ing useless telkom
