STILL NOT RESOLVED BY TELKOM BUT I MUST PAY FOR A SERVICE I DONT RECIEVE

Telkom still have not sorted out my issues.. I am without Fibre at home for 5 days already.. And telkom expect me to fulfill my obligations of payment and I get no compensation back for any time lost with no services ... Thier Store Manager Consultants and consultants at Billing and Sales are Utterly Useless.. They can't fix a problem thier employees created on my account for over a year... If anyone ever sees this.. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM.. Rather choose Vodacom Mtn Cell C for Any communications you may Require.. With Telkom You shall have an Endless Problem and No Joy for the Entire 24 month Contact Period.. Does anyone have Icasa Direct telephone Line Number..
