Still not resolved

Thank you for response and 2 calls from your department telling me the are busy with my case on the same day as your response but up till today it still has not been resolved and no more call just the day i posted a message on here...i have a few upgrades due this here but i doubt it will happen because the bad service i been getting in the past month from your company i never suspected...i only hold on to your company because of the nice service from your adderley branch despite the problems i had with my phone after sending it for repairs that it came back with a different problem but i went on with it due to the fact that because of my job i cannot be without a mobile and i tolerated your service up till now..your service been getting worse by the day... i need my case resolved i mean seriously its been a month of waiting for solution but nothing as yet your company service sucks man
