Still NOT FIXED (Worse Service Ever!!)

<p>This is beccoming redicilouse our line is stgill not running on a 10 meg line and on a 1.8 or 2meg line at night? I want this to be esculated to someone highter as this was already been esculated and still nothing has been done.. Really to fix a line takes more than 12 day??? This is a lack of service as Telkom doesn't have any service. I wont pay for our line while its still not fixed and if this is not fixed end of business day you can cancel our line with imidiat affect. Reference number:AI ********** </p>
