Still not fixed. Surprise Surprise
I reported a faulty line on 13th July.<br> Escalated on 17th July<br> Was told on 20th July that someone would be there today after following up because i had had no contact. from Telkom.<br> My husband has stayed at home to make sure someone can get in and after trying to follow up they now say that a technician has not been allocated to the fault.<br> <br> Fault: 65CRK130715 <br> Escalation: 709773<br> Now I can't get through to follow up again.<br> <br> SM127903 reference on 23rd July due to previous report on Hello Peter. What is the point in following up on Social Media if nothing is done to rectify anything? Do you not see how many complaints you get every day?
