Still Not Fixed - Brenthurst, Brakpan
<p>Been having internet connection issues from the 2nd August 2016. Logged 4 faults and got a call that everything is now sorted out. 30min later same problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone do something!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

There was a guy sent out by telkom today to test the line and after testing it he said there is nothing wrong. Told my father that I must put off my wifi if I want to play games. I have never heard a comment in my life and I have been playing games for almost 4 years.
I tested the speed now again and reads as follow:
Download Speed: 2.23 mbps
Upload Speed: 0.35 mbps
Latency: 259ms
I am very disappointed. So where could the fault be?? That is our million dollar question.....

Latency: 259ms
I am very disappointed. So where could the fault be?? That is our million dollar question.....
Bought a new router for maybe it's my old router.
Testing Results:
Dowload Speed: 2.10 mbps
Upload Speed: 0.43 mbps
Latency: 228 ms
So you still want to say there is nothing wrong with the connection. This is been on going for more than a week and I need this sorted out ASAP.
