Still Not Fixed - Brenthurst, Brakpan

<p>Now 10 days later and my internet connection is still not fixed from Telkom side. Logged 6 faults now and nobody can tell me what is wrong and how they are going to fix it.</p> <p>Tech guy was here from Telkom and told me there is nothing wrong with the line on my side and that i know, but if I want to play games I have to put of my wifi. This is the first time I hear this in the 3 years I have uncapped internet.</p> <p>Even bought a new router maybe it was my mistake, but still with the new router same problem. Mweb confirmed it is not from their side.</p> <p>Please find attached how bad my connection really is.</p> <p>I need this sorted out ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
