Still not connected - 2 months later

To whom this may concern.

I was supposed to be connected on Saturday 9 December 2017, as the technicians doing the installation called me during the week and stated it was raining and they could not come through on the other days. I took off from work on Monday 4/12/17 and waited for the technician, nobody pitched up. On the 8 Dec, a technician called and asked if I were home, I had already been at work at 8.30am - he assured me he would come on Saturday at 9:30am (NB: Nobody called to say they would come on Friday 8 Dec). What is going on Telkom?
