Still Not connected, 170 hours later...
<p>I live in a Golf estate in Centurion.</p> <p> </p> <p>Parked near our clubhouse is a Telkom trailer. Thinking that this truck was here to make things more convenient I app**** for a LTE Router. After much hassle with these guys I eventually got my application in.</p> <p> </p> <p>They promised me I would receive this Router in 3 days. WRONG... 2 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've had this router that refuses to connect the network for more than a week now. The promise was the sim would be registered between 24 to 48 hours later. WRONG... More than a week later my SIM still refuses to connect to the network. I'm at my wits' end...</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom is Pathetic!</p>
...oh yes! I forgot to add...
I've spoken to 4 different call centre agents, and recieved 4 different responses (once they even hung up on me)...
I personally went to 3 different Telkom stores no one could help me...
I went back to these guys that sold me the device and they just shrugged their shoulders.
everyone wearing a Telkom shirt just said they can't help me and pointed me in a new direction. It seems on one working for Telkom is of much use...
