Still not cancelled and still have to PAY!!!!!

<p>We have cancelled our lane on 15/10/16 still not cancelled, took this to Twitter who asked me to send and email which i did on 30/11/ 16 and 2/19 & 20 December still no reply, twitter says the cancelation order number is ********** 76A, but when i called Telkom says nothing is on their system, what is ging on, how can I keep paying is that fair, you guys cant assist buit are quick to take our money?????? i want help with this. </p>
