Still not cancelled

This is the second complaint I have written about the same problem. Cancel my line immediately, this was requested on 06/09/2018 and nothing has been done. Is no one working at telkom? Evidently your finance department is still working because you are still working because you are still debuting my account. Reverse the funds you have debited since my request and cancel my line. The incompetence is mind boggling and the service is appalling
