Still Not Been Contacted & Complaint Unresolved
I have still not been contacted about my report from 18 June, therefore my complaint still has not been resolved! I closed my Telkom account and on my last bill dated 16 May I had a credit. However, I have not been emailed and asked for my banking details for my refund. As I said in my original report and feedback response: I AM OVERSEAS SO EMAIL ME ONLY!
