Still not a single call from telkom after logging a case and many more!!!!!

Further to my review and countless attempts to get into contact with previous people whom I thought helped me initially is still a failure.. NOBODY AT TELKOM HAS EVEN BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME. Please refer to case number ***7 to assist me as my patience is running out!!!! I have spent over R300 in airtime contacting your call center on the 7 August which is obviously useless
