Still nobody helps... now on 8 Months and still issues with telkom

<p>Concerning - SM229379</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Still no response from Telkom... Had to call in my self... and they tell me nothing was done.<br />Had to log another dispute got reference number ***. Now they say I have to wait 10 days. Thats bull... so Telkom still shows.</p> <p>So whats the point of all this... from trying to get the account cancelled to getting refunded.</p> <p>Telkom definetly provides the worste costomer service experiance by far....</p> <p>I expect a agent to contect me via phone asap.</p>
