Still no wireless phone delivered since April 2019

Since 15 April 2019 I am still waiting for the wireless phone. Still no phone. Email say they close all cable lines end of June 2019. They canceled my line end of May 2019. Now they want me to follow up on the wireless phone delivery but I can't make any calls due to Telkom closing my line. Which means it will cost me a lot of money from my cellphone to sort out Telkom mess.
