Still no Telkom Techinician

I complained about Telkom on the 8th of March, my husband received a call from Telkom on the 10th to say that a technician will be coming today on the 15th of March. I just called my husband to find out if they came, but no technician, I am now on a waiting period of 41 days to Telkom's 21 day waiting period. They have my R700 deposit as well and when I call the call centre no one there seems to be able to help me. So what now Telkom, how much longer do i have to wait till you help me or do I need to wait another 40 days.
