Still no technician assigned to a fault reported weeks ago!

<p>Still awaiting a technician to come out and fix my telephone line: I keep getting all these referecences for escalation of the issue but that doesn't do any good as I reported the original fault on 21 Dec 2016 - it's been almost a month and no technician still. Please fix this as I will terminate my services with Telkom if this doesn't get resolved ASAP.</p> <p>Reference: AI ********** </p> <p>*** , escalation ***</p>
