STILL NO SERVICE FROM TELKOM, REF Al***

<p>On the 4th of July, I published my experience with TELKOM Mobile Department Team and on the 5th of July I got a reference and confirmation for my query. No one has contacted me to solve my query. The escalation team keeps forwarding my email to their colleagues but noone ever calls me. I AM SO APPALLED BY THE LACK OF SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING. MAY I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE, THATS ALL I AM PLEADING WITH. ITS GOING TO A MONTH NOW AND MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.</p>
